How To Buy / Corporate Policy
All furniture is custom made. All sales are final. No cancellations or changes may be made once the factory has accepted an order. Production time is generally 4-6 weeks.
Swatch Program - Special swatch programs for stocking deals are available.
Shipping - We ship via either common carrier (freight collect) or company truck (within approved delivery area).
Resale Tax Certificate - A copy of the customer's Resale Tax Certificate or number must be submitted with initial order or sales tax will be payable.
Repair Policy - Before our product leaves the factory, it is carefully inspected. We strongly encourage you to immediately inspect all merchandise upon delivery. If a defect is found, notify the factory at once. All transportation and delivery charges are the responsibility of the original purchaser and are not the responsibility of Swiftex. Swiftex, at its option, will repair or replace the defective materials or workmanship if it is deemed necessary. We will make every effort to make sure that this process is done in a timely manner. We reserve the right to refuse any merchandise or parts returned without our written authorization.
Terms - first order ½ down with order, Balance CBD or COD (orders over $1,000); prepaid in full (orders less than $1,000), credit card (Discover, MasterCard, Visa), COD, Net 30 (with credit approval).
